The tree of life is one of the most famous spots in all of New Orleans. This beautiful tree is located in Audubon Park, and it’s trunk measures nearly 35 feet in diameter, and the branches expand over 160 feet. This magnificent backdrop would provide a stunning location for your intimate ceremony. Nestled behind the ever popular Audubon Zoo, the tree of life is a draw for locals and tourists alike.
Why we love it?
Like many New Orleans landmarks this tree is OLD, and we mean OLD. In a great way of course. It surely is one of the grandest trees, and isn’t only used for weddings. Think picnics, yoga, or the perfect shady spot to read your favorite novel. It just has that majestic feel that cannot be duplicated, and often takes our breath away.
